Contact your Shields representative for a new password, Shields does not keep your old password. You will be required to change this new password when logging in.
Has your account become deactivated?
Contact your Shields representative in order to discuss reactivating your account. Your account is deactivated if it has not been used recently.
When must you change your password?
When logging in for the first time, after a new password is given to you, or periodically after your last password change.
