Mr. Shields heads up the entire Shields Health Care Group. He has overseen the financial structuring, marketing, and operations of the Radiology and Oncology Centers over his career. He also helped diversify the Company by creating a Venture Fund and Real Estate holding company. 

Prior to joining SHCG, he worked in Washington D.C. as a Legislative Assistant and at the Boston-based law firm Morrison, Mahoney and Miller as a civil litigation attorney. Civic responsibilities have included co-founding the Brockton Boys and Girls Club and being a candidate for U.S. Congress in 1992. Mr. Shields holds a B.A. from Notre Dame University and a J.D. from Catholic University of Law School.
