Whether you’re looking to have all your medical records in one place or want to have your MRI with you at your next sporting competition, the Shields Scan Band is the optimal way to keep track of your MRIs and other essential health information.

The process is simple. Just call 508-897-1529 to request your Scan Band.

Your scan band will be created with all of your MRI and CT images and includes a viewer to help you and your physician navigate your images. In addition, your Scan Band includes the official radiologist’s report of findings. Scan Bands with the Shields EMR (Electronic Medical Record) for all patient health information, not just radiology images, will be available Fall 2009.

Scan bands are USB devices and function the same as commercially available USBs.
