Prior Authorization

Depending on your insurance coverage, a prior authorization may be required prior to scheduling your exam.  Prior authorization requests are initiated by the ordering physician and are granted by the insurance company.

We recommend that patients check with their insurance provider to determine if prior authorization is required for your scan.
