Celebrating Our Employees

Shields Employee of the Year awards are a longstanding tradition started by Tom Shields Sr., CEO, when he opened the doors of Shields Health Care Group more than 25 years ago. Each year our employees participate in a selection process where they nominate key individuals within our organization that exemplify our company values of; Kindness, Growth, Innovation, Character and Excellence. Each recipient receives a trip to a location of their choice to celebrate their successes. Congratulations to the 2010 Employees of the Year – you make the difference!
