Jeff joined Shields Health Care Group in 2003. Prior to Shields, he was with PerkinElmer, Inc. (formerly EG&G, Inc.) where he held positions of General Manager of Life Sciences Americas and Controller of the Instrument and Special Products Groups. His most recent positions include extensive experience in drug discovery, genetic screening and health care markets.

Jeff oversees Shields Finance, Reimbursement, Payer Contracting & Purchasing functions in addition to being responsible for business development activity.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albright College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
