Jack Shields

Former President
(1993-2010)

Mr. Shields served as President of Shields Health Care Group for more than 2 decades. He stepped down to start JShields Capital Group, a Boston-based investment company that specializes in emerging health care companies and associated commercial real estate.

Mr. Shields is actively involved in a wide variety of endeavors. His board memberships include the National Association for Quality Imaging, the Metro South Chamber of Commerce, the South Shore Hospital President’s Foundation, and IZI Medical Products. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston College High School.

Mr. Shields graduated from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree and then received his Juris Doctor from Catholic University Law School.
